Nano-DST™ : The ultimate AFM research platform
The Nano-DST™ AFM stage has two scanners, the first is a metrology scanner that has xyz calibration sensors and the second, “rapid scanner” is used for high speed, high resolution imaging. Each scanner is driven by an independent XYZ electronic board designed with the highest performance circuits. The Nano-DST™ is ideal for scientists that need extreme performance and versatility. Almost any AFM measurement or experiment that you can imagine can be made with the Nano-DST™
Nano-R2™ : A High performance, easy to use, affordable AFM
The Nano-R2™ AFM is a complete system that is optimized for engineers and researchers that require a robust and easy to use AFM system. With over 220 installations world wide the Nano-R2™ is proven for multi-user laboratories as well as an excellent AFM for educational purposes. Advanced features include a high performance scanner with xy and z calibration sensors, a motorized xy stage and a motorized zoom/focus video optical microscope. The video optical microscope has a resolution of 1.5 microns and is essential for rapidly finding features on a samples surface as well as aligning light lever force sensor. Samples are supported on a multilayer sample holder which makes it easy to image samples of varying sizes and shapes.
Nano-Im 6X6 : Optimized for product development and quality control
The Nano-Im 6X6 is optimized for imaging wafers and discs. With the vacuum chuck and x-y positioning stage it is possible to access an entire 150 mm wafer under automation; however, disks as large as 200 mm can be accommodated in the stage. Locating features on a wafer is facilitated with the high resolution video optical microscope and xy stage. With the EZModes™ software the Nano-Im can be operated by technicians with little or no AFM training. The Nano-Im 6X6 system is ideal for process/product development, failure analysis and quality control in the semiconductor and data storage industries. The Nano-Im may be purchased in specialized configurations to accommodate larger wafers and disks.
